During the digging of a drain, Neolithic pottery fragments, charcoal, fragments of fired clay and a complete Neolithic flaked flint pick were recovered at this spot.

Full description

August 1991. Found while digging drain 30 to 45cm (12 to 18 inches deep) to new surgery.
Fragmentary sherds, charcoal, and a complete chipped flint pick, (S1).
Also fragments of fired clay.
