Summary

Fieldwalking around Brumstead Hall and the parish church has recovered a wide range of material dating from the prehistoric to the post medieval period. Finds included a prehistoric flint borer, fragments of Middle Saxon pottery, medieval brick and tile and post medieval tobacco pipe stems.
