1989. Found scattered over field to east of Old Hall.
One pot boiler.
Medieval sherds.

1 medieval or post-medieval coin (groat).

Two pot boilers.
Flint piercers. See (S1) in file. Identified by P.A. Robins (NCM), 17 February 1997.
Pottery: four medieval unglazed sherds, one green glazed Grimston sherd, one lead glazed earthenware sherd, Roman greyware sherd.
Roman brooch, Colchester derivative, Hod Hill, AD 45/50 to 70/80?. Indentified by D. Mackreth, August 1997.
Medieval or post medieval rather irregular ring, perhaps a brooch or buckle but more likely to be a suspension ring.
