Summary
This is a hall house which had a parlour block added in around 1600. This form of house is relatively common in south Norfolk. Later alterations to the house include replacing the windows and part of the lower walls in brick, probably in the 19th century. The adjacent timber framed barn was built in the early 18th century.

Remnant of late medieval hall house. Three storey parlour block of around 1600 and later alterations. Grade II Listed Building.
