July 2006. Building recording.
The earliest part of the appears to be the principal external chimney stakc against a 16th century kitchen constructed with some brick and flint. In the 17th century the west end was remodelled or rebuilt with the current windows and decorative plat band. In the 18th century and early 19th century the hall was remodelled with an elegant stairway and the west room was refurbished with the cupboard and boxing-in of the joist. The dairy range and connecting room seem to be of 19th century date and the larder to the rear of the south east room was probably built at the same time when the chimney stack was encased.
See (S3) for further information.
