Summary
This type 22 World War Two pillbox once stood at the entrance to a possible anti aircraft battery. The battery can be seen on an aerial photograph taken in the 1940s. The pillbox remains although no trace can be seen of the battery.

Pillbox, polygonal, overgrown.
