Full description

1978. On ploughed surface.
Medieval sherds, including rims, lava mill stone fragments, and flint and tile rubble.

1997. Metal detecting.
One medieval bar mount.
One medieval belt mount.

September 2000. Field observation. On bean stubble at about location [1].
Approx a quarter of a medieval fossiliferous limestone mortar including a broad side lug. Height approximately 155 mm, internal diameter approximately 200mm.
