Cropmark, just south of school, in form of dark thick outline to rectangle, moated site?
Air photographs checked by E. Rose (NAU), 1 December 1976.
Very slight broad depressions, no more than 0.15m deep, indicate the moat which is now within the village playing field. A continuation of the northern arm towards the northwest is also noted.
