Summary
Several enclosures are visible as cropmarks on aerial photographs. A watching brief carried out by the Norfolk Archaeological Unit in 1999 on the site of the cropmarks revealed Roman ditches, a possible hearth, and pottery dating to the 3rd to 4th century, suggesting that this site is associated with the late 3rd century Roman fort, see NHER 10471.

Full description
Undated Cambridge University Committee for Aerial Photography photographs in field southeast of scheduled area, and west of bend in road shows several amorphous cropmarks, including small rectangular areas.

Observation of commercial works in caravan park.
Hearth, ditch and pit with Roman sherds and building material.
