A complete Roman pot of hard grey sandy ware and containing one or two pebbles was found in the parish before 1935.

Pot, hard grey sandy ware, containing one or two pebbles. Outside smoothed, more roughly below girth cordon than above cordon at base of neck. False cordon at girth delimited by two small grooves. Almost flat base.
