Despite above mention of date, the 1987 amended Listing Descripion (S4) assigns to early 19th century.

Excerpt of Listing Description:
"House, now public house. Early 19th century. Gault brick with roofs of black glazed pantiles. Double pile plan. Two-storey south front in three bays...Portico porch of flatened semi-circular from supported on reeded columns and pilasters...Timber modillion eaves cornice and central pediment. Gabled roofs. Gable heads have concave parapets rising to internal end stacks.
