Summary

A medieval parish church, dating mainly from the 13th century, but with 12th century doorways, and a blocked window which may be of Late Saxon date. The church has a round tower, with a polygonal top. Some alterations were carried out in the 15th century, and the church was restored in the 19th century.

Full description

Base of round tower.
Early slit window in nave. Possibly pre Norman.
Norman doorways (one dismantled).
Mostly 13th century.
15th century additional windows and evidence of roof, now gone.
Top of tower 1875, church restored 1890s.
16th century brasses. 15th century font.
