Summary

Work in 1982 and 1983 to extend the church (NHER 415) during its conversion to a theatre recovered a small number of objects. These included medieval and pot medieval pottery including lead glazed earthenware, Delft, creamware, Staffordshire combware and stoneware.

Full description

1982 to 1983. Found during extension building work. [1]
Pottery including lead glazed earthenware, Delft, creamware, Staffordshire combware and stoneware (Westerwald etc.), Delft tile and clay pipe stems.
Lots of late post medieval pottery. [2]
