A post-medieval tower mill, built in about 1820. It burnt down in 1912. The brick tower remains, but is derelict.

Full description

4th December 1980. Visit.
Windmill. Built in about 1820. It had Cubitt's patent sails (tower mill).
Burnt down 1912.

Now the brick tower remains, derelict; wide for its height, about three storeys high. It has a conical metal cap, put on since the fire. Fenced off and not closely accessible.
