Full description
14 April 1909. 'On hill above Roger's Pond, Kelling'.
Chipped flint axe, 12.5 cm (5 inches) long, 6cm (2 1/2 inches) broad, tapering. Probably ex J. Cox. Also another chipped flint axe from same location. 'Probably in NCM'.

Manager at Kelling Hall informed E. Rose (NAU) that Rogers Pond was in fact the pond in the grounds of Holt Hall; the hill would therefore be that in the region of TG 07 40 and is in Holt parish.
