A mint was operating in Thetford during the period 960-970 for Edgar. Later in the medieval period a mint here produced coins for Henry II. Records of coins minted at Thetford also include two coins of Burgred after 866.

Mint from around 960-70 (Edgar). Produced coins held as part of the Brooke Collection in the British Museum.
