This two storey house dates to 1762 with later alterations in about 1820. Interestingly the exterior is made of plastered brick scored to imitate ashlar blocks. The roof is gabled and covered with pantiling and the sash windows date to the 19th century.

December 1985. Listed, Grade II.
Listing Description Excerpt:
"House dates to 1762 with alterations being made in about 1820. The two storey construction is of plastered brick scored to imitate ashlar and the roof is pantiled. The central panelled door is within a narrow fluted timber case."
