September 1972. Listed, Grade II.
Listing Description:
Probably early 19th century, three storey, brick, limewashed first and second floors. One sash window, at second floor with glazing bars. One sash and one casement window at first floor. Rendered ground floor, with early 19th century doorcase, one casement and one sash window. Return face to King's Arms Street, one window at each floor including shop window with wood case.
Number 1 forms a group with Numbers 20 to 26 (even) and Numbers 30 to 34 (even) King's Arms Street.
