Listing Description Excerpt:
"62 and 64 St Nicholas Street.
Pair of houses. Date to around 1820. Flint with gault brick dressings and some clunch. Slate roof. Two storeys. Four slightly asymmetrical bays, each house accounting for two bays. Two six-panelled doors under four-vaned fanlights and within fluted doorcases."
