Listing Description Excerpt:
Watermill, now residence. Late 18th century. Flint with gault brick dressings and pantiled half hipped roof. Lobby entrance plan now altered. Two storeys and attic. Façade with central doorway and 20th century gabled timber porch. Segmental heads to casement windows left and right. Smaller first floor windows.
