A large Bronze Age round barrow. Prehistoric flint flakes have been found on the site.

Full description

Bowl barrow.
Ploughed and covered in flint flakes, see (S1).
'R.C.C. I iv 35', which are otherwise uncommon in area.
Slight rise covered with gorse on heath near wood.
About 45m diameter, 1m high,

R.R. Clarke's (NCM) original dimensions were 36m(40 paces) diameter and 0.6m (2ft) high, no visible ditch.
