Summary
A landscape park was in existence around Ketteringham Hall by the late 18th century, and is shown in detail on 19th century maps. The park is surrounded by belts of trees and contains a number of 19th century plantations and a lake in front of the house.

Full description
The hall is shown surrounded by a landscape park on (S1) and (S2), with belts of trees around the edges. The park extended from from High Ash Lane to St Thomas's Lane, and is shown in detail on (S3) and (S4). There are several 19th century plantations, including Inner Park Wood and Icehouse Oval, and a lake was created in front of the hall, probably in the 19th century.

Earthworks of linear ditches, which may relate to post medieval park features are visible on aerial photographs to the south of Ketteringham Hall and have been recorded under NHER 54605.
