March 1988. Listed, Grade II.
Listing Description:
Former estate office, derelict at time of survey. Early 19th century. Red brick; roofless. Two storeys, square on plan. Ground floor and first floor window openings with flat gauged arches and keystones. Semicircular-headed doorway at southwest corner with four panel door and blind fanlight. Chimney stack off centre on north wall. First floor window opening on west side. Castellated eaves parapet. Attached short screen wall at southwest corner. Square gate pier with decorated urn shaped finial.
