April 2005. Norfolk NMP.
A possible World War Two weapons pit has been identified on aerial photographs, to the rear of the dunes at Eccles-on-Sea, Lessingham (S1). The feature consists of a pronounced circular pit, centred on TG 4089 2910 and measuring 2.5m in diameter. There are other possible military structures in close vicinity (NHER 27327-8).
