Full description

2 July 1996. NLA air photography.
Cropmark of ring ditch clearly visible, it is likely that it represents the remains of a Bronze Age barrow.
Surrounding this are several linear ditches, these probably relate to part of a field system. Proximity to a Roman site (NHER 10178) may indicate a similar date.
S. Massey (NLA), 24 July 2001.
