Summary

Field observation in 2001 noted pottery and animal bone observed eroding out of the river bank within inlet an 25 metres south southeast of Cow Tower. It was thought that this probably represented a rubbish pit, and may be associated with the material at NHER 352.

Pottery and animal bone observed eroding out of river bank within inlet 25 metres south southeast of Cow Tower. Probably represents a pit - maybe alloted to material found in 1977 to the north.
