Summary
This small house is timber framed with a brick west gable wall and a brick façade. It has an associated clay lump outshut. It was probably a late 17th century open house with a brick fire gable added around 1700. In the 19th century the upper floor was inserted, the façade remade, the roof raised and extensions added.

Full description
Small house, timber framed with brick west gable wall and brick facade. Clay lump outshut. Probably a late 17th century open house with brick fire gable added around 1700 and upper floor inserted, façade remade, roof raised and extensions added in 19th century.
Permission given to demolish.
