Summary

Two prehistoric flints were found during a fieldwalking survey carried out by the NAU in advance of the construction of the Bacton to Great Yarmouth pipeline. The cropmarks previously recorded under this number are now recorded as NHER 27266.

THE CROPMARKS DESCRIBED BELOW ARE NOW RECORDED AS NHER 27266.

5 September 1970. Ordnance Survey air photography.
Positive cropmarks.
3 x linear feature.
Multiple linear features at varience with the modern field system.
D. Voisey (NLA), 11 January 1996.
Now recorded under NHER 27266.

January-April 1997. Systematic Fieldwalking and Metal-detecting Survey.
Field survey on proposed route of Bacton to Great Yarmouth pipeline (Field/Location RDX 32.2).
A posible flint borer and flint spall was recovered.
