Full description
13 February 1998. Systematic Fieldwalking (Finder's Field 77).
Field walked when surface fallow and well-weathered.
Significant scatter of 'pot boilers' identified in north-west corner of field. Max dimensions approximately 60m N/S x 30m E/W.
5 undatable prehistoric worked flints, including 2 scrapers, 2 single platform flake cores and 1 blade.
2 ?Mesolithic worked flints, including 1 blade core and 1 blade.
1 Roman samian pottery sherd.
2 post medieval sherds and 1 pantile fragment.
