Summary

Metal detecting recovered a range of finds dating from the Bronze Age to the post medieval period. These include part of a Bronze Age copper alloy palstave, a possible medieval sword pommel, and a 16th century gilded belt decoration. Roman, medieval and post medieval coins were also found.

1997. Area searched by group of American metal detectorists on holiday organised by [1], incorporating earlier findspots NHER 30448, 31086 and 33098.
Eight Roman coins.
Medieval and post medieval coins and metalwork.

Medieval finger ring with decoration on the outside made to resemble lettering, probably by somebody who could not actually read.
