Summary
A World War Two pillbox reportedly stood to the east of Honing Bridge but was blown up circa 1970. No evidence of it was identified on aerial photographs consulted as part of the National Mapping Programme, including those taken in 1946, but it could relate to the two possible military structures identified 90m to the southwest (NHER 45248).

1940 pill box of unknown type stood to east of Dee Bridge. Blown up 25 years ago.
