Summary
Metal detecting here over the period 1995-2003 recovered a range of metal objects dating to a variety of archaeological periods. Finds comprised, amongst others, an Early or Middle Saxon buckle (of a French type), a Late Saxon stirrup strap mount and a 14th century seal matrix.

One medieval coin. See list in file.
14th century bronze seal matrix with moulded handle and lozengiform pierced terminal. Shield with arms with quatrefoil, a word in black letter in each spandrel (not transcribed). Polaroid (S1) NCM.
Medieval crescentric belt chape fragment.
