Full description

Former Hall Cottages.
Former open-hall house, with inserted upper floor and stack of 18th century date, and late 19th century brick skin. Traces of original doorway suggesting two open cells, and smoke blackened roof (but reassembled) but scantling and positions of timbers would normally suggest a late date.
See discussion (S1) in secondary file.
