February 1954. Listed, Grade II*.
Listing Description:
House. 17th century with 18th century alterations. Rendered. Plain tile roof. Two storeys plus attic. Three bays. The 18th century centre bay projects and is supported on four Tuscan columns. Central door with simply moulded surround. Sash windows at ground and first floors with glazing bars. Three-light casement windows at second floor. Dormer gables with bargeboards.
Fine Jacobean staircase with arabesque carving on the newel post.
