Summary
Fieldwalking here in early 1988 recovered a range of worked flints, including Mesolithic flakes, blades, at least one core, a burin and a possible microlith. A number of potentially Neolithic flints were also found.

Full description
27 March 1988. Fieldwalking.
Found by [1] (finder's Area A):
1 Mesolithic broken tranchet axe, 1 core and 1 microlith.
Flint flakes and blades, 1 rough core and 1 scraper, probably Neolithic.
Identified by J. Wymer (NAU).

January to April 1988. Fieldwalking.
Area examined by [1] on three separate dates. Various worked flints recovered:
1 Mesolithic broken tranchet axe, 1 core, 2 possible cores, 1 possible broken microlith, 1 oblique plain burin, 9 flakes and blades.

It is highly likely that many, if not all, of the finds listed in the second of the above two entries are duplicates of those listed in the first.
A number of finds from this site were subsequently donated to the Norwich Castle Museum (NWHCM : 1999.1.22.13). These include:
1 Mesolithic flint blade core and 1 possible broken microlith.
1 ?Mesolithic flint rough blade core (presumably the rough ?Neolithic core noted above).
Neolithic worked flints.
