An unusual World War Two type 24 pillbox stands at this location. This pillbox has six sides but the southwest side is longer than others and contains a door with a loophole to each side. The pillbox also has a concrete canopy to disguise its shape from the air.

Full description

Pillbox.
Not a standard type: six-sided but southwest side is longer than others and contains door with loophole each side. One loop in each of the other sides. Square concrete top projects above the angles of the pillbox.
