Listing Description:
15th-18th century. Built from rendered timber frame, masonry west gable wall of coursed brick and flint with a tumbled gable. The extensive rear outbuildings are made from brick and clay lump. The building stands one and a half storeys high. The facade has four 19th century windows and a door. The east gable shows the remains of two-light mullioned window. The chimneystacks are situated at the gable stacks, with the one on the east end being external.
Information from (S1).

April 1986. West side of building seen from adjoining property by E. Rose (NAU).
Listing description does not explain how 15th century date is arrived at, but the brick quoins of the west gable wall are of very early brick and this may be the reason. Possibly a similar origin to adjacent building (NHER 12103, see A. Carter's report). Rear outbuildings are of several builds of brick, with very long clay lump on brick plinth section at south end.
E. Rose (NAU) 4 April 1986.
