Full description

Date and circumstances of discovery unknown. Possibly from NHER 4697.
Gold finger ring of late Roman, 4th century type, (S2).
Flattened ring of three granulated strands, expanding into a bezel decorated with fourteen gold balls, two of them set in granulated wire. Three settings for blue and green glass paste run vertically down the bezel, with a vertical reinforcing band behind.
