Record Details

NHER Number:1946
Type of record:Monument
Name:Cropmarks of possible Bronze Age ring ditches/round barrows

Aerial photographs taken in 1961 show five ring ditches. The three northern ones are larger than the two southern ones and they probably belonged to a round barrow group. However, a visit to the site in 1976 failed to record any trace of these features.
