1884. Draining Pump marked on (S1).

(S2) includes photographs, some history and description. The mill dated from the 18th century. It was a 3-storey high brick tower with patent sails and 8 bladed fantail. It powered a scoopwheel. It last worked in 1948 and was demolished in the early 1950s. The later 19th century single-storey marshman's cottage survives.
