THE CROPMARKS/SOILMARKS DESCRIBED BELOW ARE NOW RECORDED AS NHER 42385.

15 March 1972. Ordnance Survey Air Photography.
Cropmarks/soilmarks - linear cropmarks of ditches.
See (S1).
Appearance rather like that of small settlement and enclosures.
D. Edwards (NAU), 3 April 1981.

1982. On extreme west of area.
Flint flake found. Possibly some retouch on one face but very doubtful if humanly worked at all.
