Pre 1927. Details of discovery unknown. 'From River Ouse at Lakenheath' (so could equally well be Hockwold).
Middle Bronze Age rapier of Trump's Fen series, two rivet holes.

This find does not correllate with any previously recorded find from Hockwold.

Informant states there is a drawing of this in (S3) made early this century.

Spots 'A' and 'B' on drawing in (S3) mark points where copper alloy has been sampled.
Originally purchased by G.F. Lawrence at Fenton Sale November 1927.
Marked in (S3) as 'Fenton's Collection'.
