Summary
This 17th century brick cottage with pigeon holes is attached to an unusual 16th century timber framed building, which was once possibly a barn. The pattern of timbering seen here is common in the Midlands but not so in Norfolk. This perhaps suggests that the individual who owned this house originated from this area and did not wish to conform to local styles.
