Summary
A medieval parish church with a 12th century round tower and chancel, a 14th century nave and a late 19th century porch. The chancel has a splayed window dating to the 12th century on its south wall and former lancet windows to the east both with painted masonry pattern. Inside there is a 14th century piscina, a 15th century rood screen and a mid 18th century wooden font. Fragments of Late Saxon and medieval pottery have been found in the churchyard.

Round tower, base perhaps Saxon. Norman top and chancel. 13th to 16th century remainder. Fragment of cross noted by Martin.
