Summary
This is the site of Suffield Hall, an Elizabethan building which was partially demolished in 1825. The exterior of the current house is early 19th century, and no older work is visible. The current owner of this property, which is now a farm, knew of no earlier part surviving.

Full description
Suffield Hall was an Elizabethan building, but was partially demolished in 1825.
Information from the NCM Bolingbroke Collection.
The whole exterior of the house is early 19th century.
No older work is visible and the farmer knows of none.

UEA farm survey of farm buildings in file; they seem to be of the same date as the present hall. The usual legend of a tunnel to the church is mentioned.
