Local information states that Porch House is the same as Porch Farm on 1:10,000 OS.
The building is not listed.

This site has now been marked on GIS as Porch Farm (original NGR was TF 5840 2045) at present due to differences between old 1:10000 OS map and modern 1:2500 map. The position may be change again in future if more information is forthcoming.
