The Longhouse (1-2 Longhouse Yard).
1976. NARG survey
A late 16th century courtyard house. Long beam spans entrance passage. Unusual wall painting revealed on prepared wall plaster on upper storey. Sealed by later chimneystack.
1978. (S3)
September 1987. Listed, Grade II.
Late 15th century house divided into two dwellings. Four bays. One and a half storeys. Rendered. Passage to rear between bays three and four. Interal gable stacks and central axial stack. Two storeyed 18th century wing on 4th bay. Wall painting now encased by wall.
