Full description

1976. Mound in park.
30m diameter, 1m high grassed with trees.
Landscape feature? on west side of avenue of trees, on the east side of which is a bank on which trees are planted.

Mound under good grass cover, with limited mole disturbance. Site is grazed by sheep and moles controlled.

The 1st edition Ordnance Survey map (S1) shows the area around the mound as part of Lexham Park (NHER 30469) and as part of the gardens around Hall Farm.
