Summary
A ring ditch, possibly the remains of a Bronze Age bell barrow, is visible as a cropmark on aerial photographs. The ring ditch, which is also visible on the ground as a slight earthwork, is overlain by a rectangular enclosure of unknown date.

Full description
Ring ditch.
Cut by new road (not on Ordnance Survey) but edge still visible in road verge.
Central white patch suggests a bell barrow.
Checked by E. Rose (NAU) 20 October 1976.
Still shows as mound 40cm high.

Ploughed almost flat, although part in road verge at top of cutting is approximately 0.40cm high.
