Moated site of hall (OS).
Moulton Old Hall on (S2).
Moulton New Hall on (S1).
E. Rose (NLA).
March 2003.
Moat wet to west and part of south arm. Boggy to north and east. Brick revetting seen on inner face to west. Tree cover in centre. Left for wildlife. Moat dredged 5 or 6 years ago.

An earthwork moat is recorded at this location. The site was obscured by trees on all available aerial photographs and was not mapped as part of the Norfolk National Mapping Programme.
